| Making A Purchase Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our store, and add any items that you wish to buy into the shopping cart. After you have finished your selection, click on 'Checkout' and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to complete the order. We accept credit card payment. We only accept £ Sterling currencies. If you are shopping from North America or anywhere else, place your order and your credit card company will convert the transaction to US Dollars or your own currency. We accept VISA and Mastercard credit cards along with American Express. We also accept Maestro and VISA Debit cards and SOLO cards. When confirmation of order is received, this is to indicate that we have received your order. It does not indicate that a contract exists between us. We will indicate acceptance of your order, and hence a contract between us, when we send you an invoice. We have included this term to protect us in the case that a mistake has been made in pricing, we have inadvertently under-priced goods, or we are no longer able to supply a particular product for some reason. In the case of a change of price, we will always contact you first to ensure that the price is acceptable. |
| Shipping And Handling <We use two delivery services - UPS and Parcelforce and we offer four delivery options to suit your level of urgency or convenience. UPS is a highly organised concern with a high reputation for delivery. We rarely have problems with UPS. We offer two levels of service; 24 hours (guaranteed next working day) at £8.47 (£9.95 tax inclusive), and the other is guaranteed prior to noon the next working day which costs £21.28 (£25.00 tax inclusive). Parcelforce also has a high reputation and again offers two levels of service; 24 hours which means the following working day at £5.92 (£6.95 tax inclusive), and 48 hours which is two days later, except that a high percentage of deliveries usually take place the following day and this costs £4.22 (£4.95 tax inclusive). Signatures are required for all delivery services and this can be overiden and left with neighbours or in a special and secure location of your choice - however, this is at your risk and we cannot accept responsibility for loss in these circumstances.> |

We will notify you of the stock status when you have ordered so that you are aware of the anticipated ship date and stock status.
