Ordering information

Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our store, and add any items that you wish to buy into the shopping cart. As you do this, you will automatically be returned to the store pages. After you have finished your selection, click on 'Checkout' and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to complete the order.

We accept credit card payment for immediate shipment of items. We only accept £ Sterling currencies. If you are shopping from North America or anywhere else, place your order and your credit card company will convert the transaction to US Dollars or your own currency.

We accept payment by cheque, and goods will be shipped when it has cleared. We also accept orders with credit card details supplied seperately if would you like to do this - selct both of these options at checkout.

We accept VISA and Mastercard credit cards along with American Express. We also accept Maestro and VISA Debit cards and SOLO cards.

Items are displayed on our web site to indicate the range of products and brands that we sell. Occasionally we might experience delays in receiving items from our suppliers, or be out of stock of more popular lines. The email that you receive indicates that we have received your order, and a further confirmation of stock and anticpated shipping date will be sent to you.

Delivery Turnround

We aim to ship within 24 hours if the items you have selected are in stock. We will notify you of the stock status when you have ordered so that you are aware of the anticipated ship date and stock status. Deliveries to the UK are normally received in 1-2 working days depending on the level of service shown or available. International orders are generally received in under 5 days. Shipping Information

We use two delivery services - UPS and Parcelforce and we offer two delivery options to suit your level of urgency or convenience.

For mainland UK we offer a 24 hour (£5.95) and a 48 hour (£4.95) delivery service if your order is in stock. The 24 hour service can only be fullfilled if we are in stock and we receive the order prior to 15.00 hours and not on Friday unless you elect for a "prior to 10.00" service.

We have to charge more for deliveries to Northern Ireland, the Scilly Isles and to the Isle of Man (£15.00). For deliveries to the Highlands and Islands in Scotland we have to charge £12.00. Deliveries to the Channel Isles are charged at £25.00.

Signatures are required for all delivery services and this can be overiden and left with neighbours or in a special and secure location of your choice - however, this is at your risk and we cannot accept responsibility for loss in these circumstances.

Credit Card Security

We use Actinic Payments powered by Credit Call to process your credit cards; this is the leading card processing company in the UK. This company is fully compliant with Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard (PCI DSS) which regulates the credit card industry. We also comply with the industry standards as we have to if we process credit cards.

The latest innovation in online security is what is known as 3D Secure. This is the use of a PIN number to ensure your security and to ensure that we are not victims of online fraud ourselves. You may well have been issued with a PIN already if your bank has approached you to sign up.

As part of processing you will be transferred to their fully secured site whilst they interface with your bank. All your details are kept on that site and are not accessed by us at all thus minimising unauthorised access to your details.

If you have not signed up for this so far, the banks have asked that you be given the opportunity to so do as part of your online purchasing processes.

We have also been audited by SecurityMetrics to make sure our web site and computer processes are secure against identity theft.
